0.33 l can from 'SpeciaalBierPakket.nl', best before November 2026. Black with a thin, frothy, slowly diminishing, light brown head. Sweetish-malty, gently roasty and slightly fruity aroma of dark chocolate, coffee, quite some whisky, dark fruits and hazelnut. Fairly sweet, malty, rather roasty-bitter, gently fruity and moderately boozy taste of dark chocolate, mocha, whisky, roasted hazelnut, dark fruits and orange, followed by a long, quite roasty-bitter, a bit boozy finish. Full body, smooth and slightly creamy mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Rich and complex beer, very rewarding to sip on.

Can from Fierce direct. It pours darkest brown to black with a decent dark tan head. The aroma is rich roasted malt, dark and decadent, boozey filthy, perfumed orange, whiskey marmalade, spicy, booze soaked Christmas cake, marzipan, vanilla, panettone, chocolate cake, vanilla, Manhattan, dried fruits, raisin and sultana. The taste is slick, oily, unctuous, dark roasted malt, cacao nibs, charred, rocky road, boozey warmth, rye whiskey, dried fruits, fruit cake, Manhattan, old fashioned, chocolate, mellow vanilla, orange find, light tannin, herbal, spicy, jagermeister and warming booze with a toasty finish. Fulsome body and average carbonation. Really nice depth of flavour to it. Has a pleasing almost medicinal vibe about it.
