Lots of police in the street, which has many late night venues on it, this isn't the one they closed so I was able to sample the very much mulled apple in the brew with the same name. Has a fair sourness to finish. Tastes a bit like apple pie initially.

On tap at Ebenezers, Nantwich. Pours a murky yellow with minimal almost white head and goof lacing. Lemon is the mainstay of the aroma (no apple !). In the mouth it is quite sharp initially with stewed apples, cloves and lemon. Later on some sweetness can be detected though the finish is slightly bitter. I don’t normally go for kettle sours, but this is quite nice.
