Bottle pour at Mead Museum, pours a clear golden. Aroma has plenty of crisp apple skins, apple juice, and wildflower honey—fairly dry. Flavour has a really nice blend of apples and wildflower honey, with plenty of booze and light floral notes. Really great incorporation of the apples. Excellent.

Medovinárna, thx mcberko! Cleeeear paaale golden body. Old apples and honey, caramel, alcohol in the aroma. Too dried out bit alcoholic but smooth sweet red apple and honey in the taste. Hight boost but kinda works!

Bottle at the mead museum. Pours clear golden, nose is honey, toffee, apple, taste is sweet, juicy fruit, finish is a little harsh. --- Beer merged from original tick of Apple Mead - Beekeeping on 28 Jun 2024 at 12:02 - Score: 7
