Hazy tan. Thin head. The aroma is mostly wheat and coriander, with only light pomegranate. Much more fruit taste, not entirely congruent with the wit, but ok beer nonetheless.

2010 version, Draught at the brewery, hazy very light orange colour, fruity aroma with some spice, dominant sourness but with a sweetish touch balancing it and making the beer extremely drinkable. Quite suprising, we certainly need more of this kind for the israeli summer. Original rating - Draught at the brewery. Small head, a touch hazy light orange colour, strong carbonation. Aroma of wheat with some yeast and spicy notes, mainly nutmeg. The flavour is dominated by a lively fruity pomegranate sour taste with a touch of sweetness and a lot of mixed spices. The lively sourness lasts forever becoming citrusy. A nice refreshing light bodied beer with the pomegrantae integrated beautifully. (7/28/3/14)

Re-rate 3/25/10: Draught at the Dancing Camel 4th pre-pesach keg party. This is actually a rating for the 5770 version, but I think the recipe stayed the same this time. Clear pale golden with a weird rocky white head. Aroma has some wheat, spiciness and light pomegranate hints. Sweetish flavor with wheat, fruits and nice pomegranate tartness. Medium-bodied. Pretty tasty. 6/3/7/3/14=3.3

Draught at the brewery. Hazy deep golden color with a small white head. Fruity aroma with some yeast, light wheaty notes, light spice and hints of pomegranate. Sweetish-sourish fruity flavor, with apparent pomegranate presence, but I wouldn’t say it’s dominant. Also a rather strong spicy yeasty tone and light alcohol. A dry pomegranate finish. Medium-bodied. Decent but not great in my opinion. The spiciness gets a bit more balanced as the beer warms up a bit. 6/3/6/3/13=3.1
