Draft. A hazy red-brown beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of lacto and berries. The flavor is acidic with notes of lacto, brettanomyces, wood, and berries, leading to a tart finish.

Copenhagen Ølfestival 2014. Dark copper wityh a lasting off-white head. Funky aroma with balsamic vinegar, and dark sugar. Tart and quite sour flavour with some fruity and herbal notes. A touch of unfinished/jonge lambik in rthe aftertaste

[ As Hornbeer Bryggerens Syrlige Bemærkning ].Unclear medium to dark brown color with a average, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, tart berry, candy, wood, brown sugar. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and light light acidic with a long duration, flemish, sweet malt, candy, brown sugar. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is flat. [20140522]

DØE. Clear brown with a lasting off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel, dried fruit and sour fruit. Flavor is quite sweet and light acidic. Dry and light acidic finish. 220514

KØ14. Malty and citric aroma. Deep chestnut colour, seems clear. The flavour is malty/sweet and rather acetic. Has a good vinegar bite in the finish.

From tap. Pours clear and golden deep amber with a small tan head. Aroma is sour, fruity and wineous. Sweet, fruity, sour and lingering fruity into a smooth fruity and light sour finish.
