Bottle from Cotteridge Wines; clear burnished amber pour with big foamy off white head, quite yeasty aroma, taste has some fruity hop pineapple and grapefruit and that distinctive Belgian yeast action, quite sweet with a hint of honey and spice.

Almost clear amber beer with a good off white head. Palate is smooth with a trailing minerally crispness. Sweet malts, touch of cream, Very faint bubblegum ester. Nice tropical fruits hops, little pineapple cube sweets. Stronger bitterness towards the smooth finish. A tasty little number.
