Nose is candied fruit peel, bitter orange, peach, apricot, mandarin. Taste comprises earthy mineral vibes, orange pith, mandarin, candyfloss, apricot jam, straw, Belgian yeast esters. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with light hop bitterness. Solid Belgique IPA.

Bottle shared in London - picked up at Kris Wines ages ago. Gusher!!! Pours clear gold with a creamy white head. The aroma has lots of pale wood, some pine, rindy citrus. Light to medium sweet flavor with dry, pale wood, some pine needles, orange rind, light grass. Medium bodied with average to lively carbonation. Lightly drying on the finish with further dry pine needles, pale wood, lots of bitter, dried citrus rind. Not bad.

Bottle from Cotteridge Wines, Birmingham. Poured a clear light amber with a long-lasting frothy white head. The aroma is big Belgian yeast, grassy hops, zesty sherbet, citrus. The flavour is medium bitter with a hop bitter citrus aspirin like paleta and a long bitter finish. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Lots going on in here and very refreshing.

330ml bottle from Urban Taphouse, drunk at home. Nice floral / fruity aroma bursting out the bottle but the flavour profile seems to bring forth conflicting elements, the distinctive fruitiness of the yeast seemingly not a match with the bitter hoppiness of Urban, resulting in a confused palette! Not for me this.

Pours hazy gold with a large head.Nose shows Belgian phenols and esters including a prominent banana note and a clove hit. Also some grassy and spicy hops and sweet-smelling biscuity malt.Agressive flavours, very dry which emphasises the bitterness. Some spicy hops again, along with a little pine.Carbonation feels a little excessive.
