Bottiglia. All'olfatto si esprimono sentori di sour. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera elevata e il modo in cui permane è apprezzabile. Il liquido è di aspetto velato. Il colore è rosato carico. Il corpo è medio. La forza gustativa è elevata e la durata è buona. Il retrogusto è intenso. Al gusto vengono donati toni di acetico, burro, ciliegia e mirtillo.

On tap at Birreria Volo. Pours slightly cloudy yellow with small white head. Aroma has spicy saison yeast and bugs. Flavour has smooth stonefruit, bugs, barnyard yeast. Solid.

Keg at Arrogant Sour held at Moor Beer Co in Bristol July 2019. Pours deep pink with zero carbonation. Aroma: sweetish red wine grapes, light tartness. Taste: fruity grapes, plum, apricot, grape skins, light lactic. Medium body with zero carbonation. Rather lifeless due to the lack of carbonation, unfortunately
