Keg at Brewdog Brum. Pours dark brown with a thin head. Aroma is caramel and cooked veg. Taste is eggy caramel, coffee and veg.

Keg at BD CLJ during the MTB event, 27/02/15. Hazed golden yellow topped with a decent off white swirl. Nose is yeast, brett, pissy lemon, funk, light herbals. Taste comprises lemon rind, decaying melon, lactic restraint, damp hay, light herbals, damp wood, lime jus, brett pang. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Decent enough sour.

Keg at BD CJ. It pours hazy pale orange with a small white head. The nose is earthy, funky, musty, lactic twang, spoiled yoghurt, cheese, meaty aspect and just a hint of smoke. The taste is crisp, rather tart, good deal of acidity, lactic, cream cheese, earth, vomit, lemon rind, straw, musty, gooseberry and mouldy stuff. Medium body and moderate, prickly carbonation. Quite harsh on the palate. Good deal of acidity coming through. Mouldy cheese aspect doesn’t do much for either. A bit of a disappointment.

Fat på Bishop Gustav Malmö. Smak och doft av brett, jord, örter, vinäger, lactos med toner av nektar. Syrlig, frisk, torr, lagom sötma och fin beska.

Keg at Brewdog Edinburgh. Pours pale gold, light haze, thin white head. Aromas of light python and malt. Taste is a big sour hit though, really chewing-a-lemon sour. Long sour finish, some chalky notes.

Sample at CBC ’14. Hazy golden liquid with medium white head. Aroma of lemon, funk, lacto, apples and bread. Taste is dry and medium sour with notes of lemon, lacto and wood. Light to medium bodied with medium carbonation. Nice, drinkable and clean sour.

Keg at the Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2014, red session. 03/05/2014. Bright golden orange coloured pour with a lasting thin white head. Aroma is sour cheese, parmessan, funk and sharp sourness. Flavour is harsh acid, pucking sour, some cheesey notes. Palate is acidic sour, effervescent. Not a fan of this one.

Draught @ CBC 2014 [ Red Session ]. - Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2014, Sparta Hallen, Gunnar Nu Hansens Plads 11, 2100 Copenhagen, Denmark [ As Brekeriet Kombucha ].Unclear medium orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, pale malt, tart fruit, moderate yeasty, tart yeast - fruit. Flavour is moderate sweet and light acidic with a long duration, tart, yeasty. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20140503]
