CBC Session 3. Hazy gold beer, small pale cream coloured head. Palate is crisp and dry. Fairly sour, quite orangey. Light crisp finish. Decent.

[5/3/14] Draught sample at Copenhagen Beer Celebration. 3rd session. Cloudy golden. Sourish mushroom and sauerkraut aroma with some fruitiness. Sour funky flavor with mushroom, fruitiness and vinegar. Medium-bodied.

Draft at Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2014, Session 3. Pours hazy gold with a creamy white head. Very refreshing stuff, clean, salty, with light citric acidity. Light bodied with average carbonation. Super clean on the finish, further fruit notes, lemony tang, low sweetness, twinges of salt. Lovely.

Sample at CBC 2014. A bit hazy golden/orange with a white head. Fresh sour aroma of grapes, brett, hay and some yeast. The taste was nicely tart with grapes, brett. hay, citrus and some yeast. Nicely balanced and really drinkable. The best one of the new beers that Brekeriet served during CBC.

Tap @ CBC, 14. Hazy dark yellow with small off-white head. Aroma is malt, yeast, brett, lemon, tart and a little baking yeast. Flavour is malt, yeast, lemon, tart, baking yeast, little tart, little sour, little acid and a little dry.
