Can from The Gull, North Vancouver
Dark brown colour. Aroma of dark chocolate and vanilla. For being a pastry stout, the body is not very strong, but the mouthfeel is soft; the flavour is dominated by roasted malt and chocolate, coffee, then there is vanilla. I had to look again at the can to get what this was supposed to be, and agree that it doesn't remind me of a tiramisu.

16oz @ home shared with Alex (thx for the beer, man!). Appearance: brown with a dark beige head. Aroma: a bit of sweetness, roasted malt, chocolate. and some coffee with cookies. Taste: along the same lines, quite roasty, moderately bitter and sweet. Overall: ok.

Pint at Steamworks. Pours dark brown. Aroma has some toasted malts and espresso - the tiramisu definitely comes through. Flavour is mostly toasted malts and espresso. Not the most complex but still pretty good.

473 ml can. Pours a very dark brown with full tan head. Aromas of chocolate, lactose, and sweet roasted malts. Flavors of milk chocolate, a little fudge, vanilla, and roasted malts

Dark brown, thick head. Soft molasses note, touch of vanilla but also the malts carry a bit of a harsh bitterness. Some good richness but other structure and execution aren't great.
