Amarillo is one of our favourite hops, it's bright and full of citrusy joy. We regularly use it as a supporting player in our beers, but for Golden State we really let it shine and take centre stage. We've dry-hopped with both BBC & Cryo Amarillo & added a hint of orange zest in the whirlpool to round out this juicy New England Pale.

Frothy white head on an unclear pale gold body. Punchy tropical aroma. Medium bodied, sharp with a dry clean back. Delicate tastes of sweet citrus, tropical fruit, confectionery & bitter hops with a tangy finish. Solid

Can at home in Hackney - sourced from the Experiment. Pours hazy orange-gold with a frothy, white head. Not bad, lightly sweet, with notes of rindy citrus, cucumber, a little tangerine, dry pale bread. Light bodied with average carbonation. Lightly drying finish, a little chalky, more cucumber notes, citrus rind, dry pale malts. Decent.
