Our take on a classic porter. Roast chocolate and coffee aromas are followed up with a smooth, silky mouthfeel and flavours of dark berries and a light, smokey aftertaste.

Crowler from BrewDog Manchester. Creamy light brown head stayed on a black still body. Malt aroma. Medium bodied, soft over the palate with creamy feel & cloying back. Malt, demerara, lactose, berries, sweet fruity dark berries & plum tastes with a tangy finish. Tastes more like a Milk Stout but very tasty indeed!

Keg @ Craft Asylum #2, Leeds. Black with a creamy light brown head. It has mildly gritty light roasted malts boosted in depth by its strength, but is always a porter in texture and taste in this respect.
