Off white fluffy head stayed on a hazy, light brown body. Zesty aroma with grass & yeast. Medium to thin bodied, extremely gassy in the mouth with clean finish. Bitter tasting with lemon, yeast, grass & citrus.

Appearance- golden, fairly clear, a huge pillowy head despite a careful pour. Aroma is lemon, zesty citrus fruit, banana hints, wheat, hop hints. Taste- citrus fruit, zesty, lemon, creamy malt hints, bitter towards the finish, lemon meringue pie, a bit juicy.

Bottle in Ye Olde Medlrum. It pours cloudy golden with a medium white head. The aroma is sweet, Belgian yeast action, apple, pear, melon, candy, spice, doughy bread, sponge cake and hay. The taste is crisp, dry, kick of bitterness, toasty grain, straw, peppery spice, touch of apple and pear, grass and straw with a drying and grassy finish. Light body and high, foamy carbonation. Works rather. Good low abv number.
