Take some hops – a lot of hops, actually – and give it a hard-roasted malt edge. That's how Black Dakini was conceived, that's how it was born. A Black Double IPA with the emphasis on fresh and crisp aroma hops.

Draught@SBWF2014. Black colour with a mediumsized foamy head. Aroma is roasted, some berries, mild alcohol some resin and mild toffeeish tones. Flavour is pine, some sweet alcohol, mild fruitiness, chocolate and mild toasted/roasted elements to it. Smooth and actually a nice not-too-roasted CDA.
