Cask at Sir John Hawkshaw, JDW - Canaan Street. Pours clear honey-hold with a creamy, mostly white head. Light sweet flavour with pleasant crispy leafy hops, sun-kissed pale grains, a little earth. Light bodied with delicate carbonation; good condition. Nicely balanced, rounded finish, clean and dry crackery pale malts, restrained grassy-leafy bitterness. Highly drinkable.

[Cask at The Old Manor (JDW), Bracknell.] A pale amber pour with a loose white head; oddly nutty aroma; malty taste; then nicely bittersweet with traditional English hops, leading to a dry finish.
