"Named after a Riot in the early 20th century which resulted in the destruction of the first Battersea Brown Dog statue, Brown Dog Riot is loaded with West Coast hops and deep, satisfying dark malted barley. Citrus fruit and pine resins coupled with toffee and bready caramel."

[33cl can from Beer52.] A hazy pale chestnut pour with a loose cream head; aroma is confusingly both malty and citrusy; creamy citrus taste with a rye-like bitterness in the body; then a clean crisp finish. Pleasant, but a bit odd.
