Geprobeerd met LiekevdV, Roelzie, Koenzie, Mimi, Anne, Romy, Meindert en Tessa tijdens een Tasting met Mimi @Tom. Het is een troebel roze bier met een dun roze schuim. Het heeft een aroma van aardbeien. De smaak is vol fruitig, zacht zoet en fris zuur met tonen van bessen en aardbeien.

Review based on the BJCP2021 guidelines (style 31B: lactose / 29A: strawberries, rhubarb / 28D). Can 50 cl - Batch 29.08.2025 15679 (BB: 29.08.2025). AROMA: medium-high strawberry jam aroma with a low sweet background. APPEARANCE: reddish color and opaque. low light pink head with low retention. TASTE: initial medium-low strawberry flavor with hints of rhubarb. medium-low to low clean sour background in balance with sweetness. low bitterness with sourness in its place. finishes semi-dry, slightly sour and with hints of yeast. MOUTHFEEL: medium-low body with medium-low carbonation. OVERALL: a drinkable strawberry sour

Jak dla mnie,jest to idealny kompot, ma odpowiedni kolor, są wyczuwalne truskawki i rabarbarowa kwasowość na plus nagazowanie i procenty:)
