Trübe goldene Farbe mit weißer Schaumkrone. Hefiger, malziger, fruchtiger Geruch. Geschmacklich hefig, malzig, fruchtig mit reifer Banane und Gewürznelke. Hohe Süße mit leichter Bitterkeit, mittlerer Körper mit spürbarer Kohlensäure.

Optisch einwandfrei, schöner Schaum, trüb. In der Nase sehr blumig, Nelken. Im Trunk ebenso würzig, cremig, wirklich ausgesprochen blumig, sehr lecker.

500ml bottle. Cloudy, amber colour with small, creamy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Minimally bready, wheaty malty and spicy yeasty, slightly yeasty fruity aroma, notes of pear, clove, a touch of banana, crisp bread, hoppy overtones with a touch of fresh hay. Taste is yeasty fruity and sweet-ish, slightly bready, wheaty malty, minimally grassy hoppy, hints of crisp bread, some clove, a touch of fresh hay. Minimally creamy, watery texture, smooth and soft palate, fine, soft carbonation. Nice, slightly untypical composition, not that banana predominated, sadly almost a bit insipid - OK.

Pours a hazy yellow colour with a thin white head. Aroma os wheat, yeast, banana and lightly spicy. Average lively carbonation and medium body.

Leicht bitterer, mild süß hefiger Antrunk. Die ebenfalls milde Bananennote verschwindet nach und nach weitestgehend. Harmonisch bei geringer Intensität, süffig. 10/9/9/8/7/9

Thanks to kevnic2008 for that one! Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass zippy, nice head. Starts malty-yeasty, not too dry. Fine fruity notes of apricot, light sourish. Well balanced finish, quite drinkable. Good one!

Bottle 500ml. @ home on the terrace. [ As Adler Bräu Stettfelder Weisse ].Hazy - murky matt medium orange yellow color with a large to huge, creamy, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, off-white head. Aroma is light malty, wheat, light moderate yeasty, fruity, light clove, banana notes, vomit - yeast notes. Flavour is moderate sweet with a long duration, sweet fruit, pineapple, fruity, yeasty. Body is medium, texture is creamy - watery, carbonation is soft. [20140623]

(bottle) Cloudy, pale golden colour with a huge and dense foamy white head. Slightly yeasty, citrus-fruity and moderately wheaty aroma with a tinge of herbal hops. Sour and slightly bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a lively carbonation. Whety and yeasty fruity taste with distinctive notes of citrus; moderately sour citrus-fruity and slightly hop bitter finish with subtle notes of cloves. Refreshing Weizen. 01.IX.09

Bottled at the brewpub. Very cloudy pale orange, creamy head. Bready banana aroma. Medium sweet with pleasant soft and creamy mouthfeel. Yeasty and bready, but still very refreshing.
