5 week old bottle A: Poured 1/2 of thick beige foam atop a clear medium gold body. Long retention and sheet lacing. S: Light aroma of pine with bitter orange and grapefruit citrus. T: Bitter citrus hops and wood dominate with herbal and floral notes joining. Woody dry finish with a hint of caramel and bread. M: Soft powdery texture, average carbonation and slightly rough finish. O: Balanced but still bitter enough to show it is an IPA. Quite good.
