In honor of the BK716 crew. Lost in 1943, found in 2020. The recovery of the BK716 is a story of bravery and sacrifice, but also of patience, determination and perseverance.
This beer is deep, dark, strong and dangerously easy to drink.

Panda thanks to Wingman. Almost clear deep amber brown beer, small bubbly tan head. Pretty light palate for the style, thin even, decent fine minerally carbonation. The light bodied malts deliver caramel and toffee and a little malt cream, none of it that sweet. A whisper of smoke wanders just beyond the periphery of focus. Ripe nutty fruits straight from a good strong ESB. Light finish. Decent if a little immature.
