A testament to simplicity and craft. Clean, crisp perfection, with a delicate malt sweetness and balanced hop character.

On keg at Farm Brewery Tap - Clear gold, small white top. Nice lemony notes, bready, lemon curd, creamy with a bit of biscuity malts to level it out. A really good effort.

Mini cask direct from the brewery. It pours crystal clear golden with a lively, rugged head. The aroma is soft, freshly baked white bread, biscuity malt, custard creams, lemon curd, fragrant florals, honeysuckle and fruit pie crust. The taste is fairly soft and smooth upfront, bready malts, biscuit, toasty grains, grassy, leafy and touch of spice with some dryness through the finish. Average body and fluffy cask carbonation. Nice aroma, but the taste feels a bit lacking to be honest. Chugs easy, but leaves me wanting for more.

Keg at The Raven pub in Glasgow. Blonde with a carbonation and a creamy-frothy head. Not blessed with huge amounts of flavour, some dry hoppiness, but clean and crisp.
