Cask at CBR 2014. It pours clear amber with a small beige head. The nose is light toast, earth, light spice, grapefruit and a touch of caramel. The taste is clean, crisp, orange, grapefruit, nectarine, toasted grain and caramel with a dry, bitter finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Smooth, balanced and very drinkable. Another winner from Brighton Bier.
