Brewskival 2017. Hazy reddish with a small head. Medium sour with citrus, some bread and light herbs. Soft and easy to drink.

On tap @So Good (Rome). Color rubino sangue di piccione, schiuma bianca media. Al naso sentori citrici e agrumati, floreali, frutta rossa. In bocca è mediamente acida, tart, note di limone, rinfrescante. Corpo medio-leggero, carbonazione media. Molto buona.

On tap at GBBF 2017. Thanks Lars. Bright pink colour. Lasting white pink head. Some funky sour aroma. Sweeter in the mouth. Touch hibiscus. Ok.

Tap @So Good (Rome). It pours red orange pulp, opalescent with a pinkish foam. Nose: berries, citrus, flowers, grapefruit. Mouth: easy tart, soft lactose a bit salty, citric.
