An old-world saison that uses only Styrian Golding hops for aromas of fresh flowers and tender grass. A fat malt body makes this spring time saison still hearty enough for the cold.

On tap @Ma che siete venuti a fà (Rome). Dorata, torbida, schiuma bianca abbondante e persistente. Al naso lieve sulfureo, sentori fruttati, malto, lieviti, molto intensa, forse un filino sporca. In bocca è bella complessa e appagante, base di malto, dolciastra all’attacco, quindi ottimamente bilanciata, leggero acidulo, alcol molto ben nascosto. Corpo medio, carbonazione buona. Ottima saison.
