Bottle shared at GBBF 2023 - day 1. Cheers to Kenny. Pours clear orange-gold with a small, foamy topping. Medium to big seeet flavour, a little toffee, ripened orange, toasted malts. Medium to full bodied, lightly chewy, with fine carbonation. Sweet and lightly warming finish. Enjoyable.

GBBF Day 1. Bottle. Hazy amber beer, small pale tan head. Palate is light and semi dry with good fine minerally carbonation. Malts are rich and caramel sweet with good dark toffee. Rich ripe fruits, tastes a lot like the Port barrelling from Numbskull. Ripe citrus fruits, some marmalade and spice. Light crisp spicy finish. A rich and flavoursome barleywine.
