Draft at GBBF 2013 - London. Pours clear yellow with a light, white cream head. Straight-ahead golden ale here, with light dry dough and hay on the nose. Light sweet flavour with fine lemon rind bitterness, more doughy pale malts. Light bodied with low carbonation. Light dry dough finish with restrained lemon rind. Very nice. Good balance.

Cask. Hazy yellowish golden colour with small white creamy head. Aroma is fruits, grassy, earthy, eggy and a bit cardboardy. Flavour is much the same. One of the most boring golden ales around.

What Harrisoni said because I drank it with him. A half pint was very difficult to drink between two people. In fact I don’t think we managed
