Tap at the brewery taproom Richmond Virginia. A hazed golden orange coloured pour with a loose white head. Aroma is semi sweet, nutty pine, tangerine, vanilla. Orange creamsicle. Palate is semi sweet, oily, moderate carbonation. Ok. Little flabby.

Ridiculously hazy orange and peach coloured body, almost completely opaque with a two to three centimetre tall tan head that fades very fast. Aroma of alcohol, resin, grapefruit, citrus, pine, flowers, a bunch of malt and some creaminess from the lactose. Medium to almost Full-bodied; Very strong citrus, grapefruit, resin and alcohol notes up front with a very sweet taste thereafter with lactose, fruit-based sweetness, then some honey near the end, with a pungent and almost astringent punch that shows the strength. Aftertaste is robust and relatively only focused on the citrus and fruity notes, but some of the nearly malts shine through, as well as a fairly big dose of resin and of course alcohol - which shows more than 7,8 per cent alcohol. Overall, a very nice, pure New England IPA wich a ton of flaovurs and complexity, with a bitter finish and great balance, but also a lot of alcohol shining through, especially at the end. Great to try, especially very fresh - this one is worth trying to find if around the area and if you like New England IPAs! I sampled this sixteen ounce can, purchased from Whole Foods in Arlington (Pentagon City), Virginia on 04-May-2020 for US$2,50 sampled at my house here in Washington, a few blocks away, on 09-May-2020, just five days later.

12 ounce bottle thanks to hershiser2. Thanks! Murky orange, large foamy white head, good retention. Aroma of orange juice, tropical fruit, lime, pale malt. Taste is mango, papaya, pineapple, pale malt. Medium bodied, juicy. Solid, even if its a bit old (because hershiser2 is so awesome he saves all the seasonal releases for me!).

Poured a very cloudy, juicy orange color with a medium sized head. Aroma was super citrus, but was also kind of weird and estery. Yeast, banana, citrus... Very strange. Not really my cup of tea, more like a super juice bomb German Hefe than anything else.
