Tap at the brewery taproom in Virginia. A mostly clear amber brown coloured pour with a sticky white head. Aroma is nutty brown malts, wet grass, sweaty hop. Palate is semi sweet, rounded, fine carbonation. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, layered biscuit malts toast dried fruit, raisin, pine. Ok. Not really an ipa.

32oz crowler pours a clear, dark orange nearing amber with very little white head. Nose is orange and caramel, mild spice, some paper. Smells and tastes a little beer-y. Flavor is a little flabby, black tea, orange, a little chewed bubblegum. Flabby finish. Meh.
