The latest in our Digital Age series, and the lowest ABV in the series so far too. Zach from KCBC, and our own head brewer, Matt, were over in Tallinn together for the good folks at Pohjala's beer festival last June. Zach was able to come to the brewery for the brew of Green Lantern, our Double IPA collaboration, and after brewing said beer, many lagers were drunk and the recipe was decided on for this beer - step forward, Close Connections. A super pale, effortlessly drinkable, rice lager.

Can. Clear pale gold beer, small white head. Palate is light and semi dry, decent fine carbonation. Sweet malts and a ricey papery sweetness, little perfume. Mild pine. Light dry finish. Yikes. Did not like this at all, too sweet and weird.
