Can picked up at Westhill Service Station. It pours clear purple with a foamy off-white head. The aroma is soft, juicy, tangy, raspberry, blackcurrant, some yoghurt and bircher museli. The taste is crisp, firmly dry, tart, puckering, berry skin, raspberry, blackcurrant, blackberry, apple, quite savoury, lactic and bircher museli with a drying finish. Light body and fine, foamy carbonation. Easy going and rather drinkable.

Can from Appellation Wines. Appearance - bright but hazy red. Thin lacing. Nose - lots of berry fruit. Cranberry, blackberry and blackcurrant. Taste - more red and black berry fruit. Palate - creamy and tangy at the same time. Close to medium bodied, dry and tangy finish. Overall - good.
