330ml bottle from Brewdog online shop. Pours dark brown, thin beige head. Aromas of liquorice, chocolate, light tobacco and herbs. Taste is molasses-sweet, tar, light coffee. Oily texture, gentle carbonation. Lingering roast finish, Good.

Draught @ Fermentoren, Halmtorvet 29 c, Copenhagen, Denmark 1700. [ As Stronzo MacLovin ].Unclear medium to dark brown color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, chocolate, light to moderate hoppy. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration, chocolate, wood, roasted. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20140317]

330ml bottle by the courtesy of Skinnyviking. Fawn-coloured, bubbly head. Almost black body. Good lacing down the glass. Mid-sweet brown malts on the nose together with a touch of dried fruits. Ripe fruits, earth and brown malty flavours. Malty bitterness to the finish. Well bodied. Good drinking (shared at the Absalon tasting, Copenhagen 04.05.2014).

Smak och doft av humle, malt, karamell, choklad, nötter med toner av kaffe, torkad frukt och örter. Lagom sötma, len och rund kropp med lagom beska. Fina smaker och bra balans.

Bottle. Creamy lightbrown excellent fully lasting head. Dark red amber colour. Heavy malty and light hoppy aroma. Heavy bitter wonderfull flavor. Long heavy bitter finish. Creamy palate. Nice.

Bottle from BrewDog. It pours darkest brown with a small light tan head. The nose is toffee, cherry, date, prune, plum, toasty and faint coffee. The taste is dark fruit, raisin, plum, date, wood, toasty, light tan, earth, cherry skin and toffee with a dry finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Decent fruit aspect. Easy going and pretty drinkable. Hides abv rather well.

Opaque dark brown beer, good pale tan head. Smooth palate, semi dry with minerally carbonation. Smooth and mild dark malts, touch of cream. Little cereal and coffee. Whisper of tangy fruits. Dry crisp finish. Not bad!

Bottle @ Saxo. Hazy dark brown with an off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel and chocolate. Flavor is quite sweet and moderate bitter. Dry and moderate bitter finish. 070414

Bottle. Nice head with good duration. Color is brown. Aroma and taste are rich fruits, caramel, nuts, hops and has a nice smooth bitter finish.

Bottle. Pours a brown dark amber color with a small tan head. Has a slightly roasted malty chocolate aroma. Slightly roasted malty spicy chocolate flavor with weak hints of coffee. Has a slightly roasted malty spicy chocolate and caramel finish.
