This first ever A Berliner Vice was a collaboration with Chris and Tom from Galway Bay. We brewed it exclusively for ABV 2015. This version was aged in a Louis Jadot Chardonnay Barrel and finished with saison yeast. Tart, zingy, bready, light, fruity.

Can shared in London - cheers to Fergus. Pours hazy gold with a small, foamy white head. Nice juicy tropical fruits, light acidity, mango, guava. Light bodied with soft carbonation. Clean finish, loads of juicy-creamy tropical fruits. Tons of fun.

Bottle from The Beerhive. Hazy pale golden body with a thin white head. Faint lacing. Aroma of paper, lemon, minerals and orange pith. Flavour of weak lemon, watery malt and salted cracker. Thin body with a watery texture. Light fizz. Not much zing to this, but it’s ok.
