Made from pale and wheat malts, this is a crisp, dry and refreshing ale. Moderately bitter, but with heaps of New Zealand Waimea hops added at the end of the boil, this session IPA has intense hop aromas of citrus and pine.

Cask-conditioned at the Swan, York 5/10/2018. Golden in colour, with a tight, white, head. Tropical fruits, citrus hops, light, white bread malts and a dryish finish. Good.

Cask at the Wellington, Brum. Pours pale gold with a medium head. Aroma is bitter grass with a little lime. Taste has very bitter grass throughout with melon on the finish.

Cask. Ossett Tap, Ossett. As Ossett Mai Tai. Pale gold. Light haze. Dense, white head. Love me a sparkler. Nose has sweaty, bready grain. Privet leaf. Taste is dry and tangy, crisp bitter. Light body. Low carbonation. Bright tang of bitterness to finish. Doesn’t smell of much, but it’s a tasty brew.
