On tap at The Southern, Edinburgh, Saturday 15th March Pours hazy thin blood red colour with mid carbonation. Tangy and sour berries in mouth but the nose is giving off sweetish notes, I’m getting a bit of blackcurrant cheesecake. Wonderfully refreshing and very enjoyable little tart at finish. V.good.
