Keg at the Cock Tavern - Hackney. Pours clear gold with a small, creamy white head. Nice pithy aroma, balanced pale malts. Light sweet flavour with forward pale malts, mellow bitterness, tangerine, a little peach. Light bodied with fine to average carbonation. Finishes with more citrus fruits, biscuits and pale bread, soft rindy bitterness. Simple, very drinkable SIPA.
