On tap at Harts Pub, Sydney. Pours lightly hazed golden amber with an off white head. Aroma: biscuit malts, grass, light citrus, touch of pepper. Taste: malty, light sweet, light bitter, dry, citrus, grass. Light to medium body, moderate carb, dry citrussy finish. A little too astringent for me

Draught @ Harts Pub, Sydney, Australia. Pours golden with an offwhite head. Aroma of malt, grass, fruity hops, apple, pear. Flavor is light sweet, light bitter, malt, grass, fruit. Medium body, soft to medium carbonation. 110317

Australia Day Beer #2. Spicy pepper nose. Cloudy golden amber beer with fulsome white head. A few bubbles loiter. Flat and crisp taste. Finish is subtle nutty hop bitterness. Interesting for its ABV and slammable! Best mid-strength beer in Australia by a long, long way.
