Bottle. Pale, slightly hazy. Aroma: dessert muscat wine, sweet, nectar, cirus and floral. Taste: a bit watery, malt, muscat, mild hops bitterness.

Backlog fra 24.5.14: fremdeles finner man interessante ting på Gml.Strand Øllager, og det er alltid like koselig å sitte på benken ved kanalen og nyte impulsinnkjøp. Aroma og smak av gress, fløtekarameller/toffe og en besk bitterhet som gjør at jeg satte en halvtømt flaske diskret i bossdunken. Bør kanskje prøves på nytt.

Bottle. An almost clear one, golden in color and with a small, dense, white head. The aroma is on the hoppy side, with grassy and flowery notes. Some butterscotchy notes. Caramel malts, some bitterness and grass in the flavor. Medium body and a soft carbonation level. Bitter finish. Not very interesting this one. Perhaps 100 days on the hops isn’t the best idea. 140816

Pours hazy golden with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, toffee, floral and grass. Taste is medium sweet and light to medium bitter. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

Bottle shared @ weekly tasting. Hazy orange color, medium sized off-white head. Aroma is malts, hops. Plain and simple really. Taste malts, hops, lightly some resin, lightly a touch of fruityness and pretty bitter. Firm carbonation, medium body. Well it’s nice but it doesn’t stand out.

Bottle @ benzai. Hazy orange colour with a fairly large sized white head. Smells hops, fresh, grains, malts, grassy, and somehow dropshot. Tastes hops, grassy, fresh, but somehow i keep tasting dropshot. I’m probably having a stroke. Medium body, crisp, fizzy carbo.

Cask pint @ Belle Alliance, Milano. Dorée-ambrée, col épais blanc cassé. Arôme offre cette impression de houblon fermenté, levure avec des effluves pleines de grains - drêche et un rétro-nasal citronné. Palais semble plus axé sur les malts surtout sur cette fraicheur de grains. Le houblonné semble mélanger des notes UK, vert, herbacé avec une petite pointe pamplemousse et une sorte de houblonnage à cru. Le tout reste néanmoins centré sur un malté prononcé fort en grains avec aussi cette sensation de drêche.
