On tap @Buskers Pub (Rome). Dorata, mediamente torbida, schiuma bianca media, molto persistente. Al naso note di lievito, frutta gialla, agrumi, fiori bianchi, spezie, pepato. In bocca è bilanciata, fresca, secca, pulita, croccante. Corpo medio-leggero, carbonazione media. Ottima!

On tap at The Old Boys Trieste, shared with hrabren. Murky yellow/pale golden coloured, medium sized white head, fruity yeasty nose. Fruity, yeasty, spicy, light phenolic and touch of cloves with moderate carbonation.

On tap at The Old Boys, Trieste. Shared with Ogi. Unclear golden, medium frothy off-white head. Soft yeasty aroma, corriander, spices, fruit, ripe quince or apple, hints of cinnamon. Flavour is sharper phenolic, pepper, cloves, slightly rough. Medium body, drinkable. Malts underneath. A touch of zest. Minimal bitterness. Moderate finish. Fresh.
