Tap at Beer&Food Attraction 2025, Rimini, Italy. Pours pale gold, brilliant, transparent, with fine white foam. Aroma is intensely star anice, pungent. Body is average, with moderate carbonation. Taste is balanced between cereal and sweet and herbal bitter. Final is average.

On tap at Mastri d'Arme, Trieste, shared with Ogi. Clear golden, medium white head. Lightly hoppy, hay and herbal aroma. Light grainy notes. Sweet bready and grainy flavour. Very soft doughy touch. Moderate carbonation, light body, quite crisp, light bitterness, light finish.

Draft. A golden beer with a lazing beige head: The aroma has notes of straw and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of straw, hops, and malt, leading to a bitter finish.

From tap. Pours cloudy yellow. Huge white head. Aroma is grassy, straw and slight eggy. Toasted malty, slight grassy, straw and mild bitter. Mellow, bitter and slight herbal. Medium dry and grassy finish.
