On tap at Mastri d'Arme, Trieste, shared with Ogi. Clear golden, medium white head. Lightly hoppy, hay and herbal aroma. Light grainy notes. Sweet bready and grainy flavour. Very soft doughy touch. Moderate carbonation, light body, quite crisp, light bitterness, light finish.

From tap. Pours cloudy yellow. Huge white head. Aroma is grassy, straw and slight eggy. Toasted malty, slight grassy, straw and mild bitter. Mellow, bitter and slight herbal. Medium dry and grassy finish.

On tap @Buskers Pub (Rome). Unclear golden color with a medium and persistent white head. Aroma of malt. honey, bread, some grass, nice! Flavour is medium sweet with a decent bitter end, malt, bread, honey again. Medium to low body, good carbonation. Tasty and well brewed!
