It's hard to believe Garage Beer Co turns 8 this year. It's been quite a journey and to mark this milestone we have brewed four beers named after the address of each of our four locations. Each beer carrying significance for that location. Consell De Cent 261 is an modern West Coast IPA brewed in the way of some of the San Diego based pioneers. Consell De Cent ground zero, the site of the Garage brewpub. It has seen it all down the years but one thing has remained constant. The bar staff and the regular clientele have maintained a overwhelming fondness for a bitter west coast IPA. This is a WCIPA that is pale, crisp and refreshing but still has a mouthfeel that balances out the firm bitterness.

From tap at In De Wildeman, Amsterdam. Piney aroma with grapefruit, fresh hop, orange, pine, light pale malt. Grassy, fruity, citrus. Medium bitter, low on sweetness. Body is medium. Nice basic bitter IPA, points for drinkability.

Draught @ Patrick's Pours hazy golden with a white head. Aroma has notes of malt, citrus, orange and grape. Taste is light to medium sweet and medium bitter with a long citrus, orange and grapefruit finish. Body is medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft

On tap at På Kornet, Stavanger. Pours hazy golden with white head. Aroma of citrus, tropical fruits, ethanol. Tastes slightly bitter with some sweetness. Thin to medium bodied, slightly bitter finish.

Canned 440ml. -from Ambasada Zagreb, shared with hrabren. Unclear golden coloured, medium sized white head, herbal and piney nose. Sweetish malty, herbal, piney, light floral and dry bitter finish.

0.44 l can shared with Ogi. Clear golden, small off-white head. Mild hoppy floral aroma and grainy background. Herbal aroma comes up. Light to medium body. Intensely floral, quite sweet. Hints of bitterness. Finishes dry.
