22/06/2013 330ml bottle, shared by Steve @ Ma che siete venuti a fà. Arancia carica, lievemente torbida, schiuma leggerissima. Al naso si percepisce una base di malto importante, con note di frutta matura e sherry, botte, luppolo a bilanciare ma non preponderante. In bocca ha un attacco dolce da caramello e frutta, quasi da american barley wine, con un corpo importante e una luppolatura media. Complessa ma non complicata, difficilmente classificabile, ma non male come esperimento.

Bottle at CGarvie tasting. It pours golden with a quickly dissipating head. The nose is sweet apple, pear, honey, earth, brioche, hot-cross bun and toasted white bread. The taste is pretty sweet, tangy fruit, apple, pear, earth, hay, oily and pithy citrus with a dry finish. Medium+ body, fine carbonation and oily mouth-feel. Smooth and pretty sweet. To be enjoyed in small measures.
