Hazy amber beer, good pale cream colour head. Palate is light, semi dry and has a fine minerally crispness. Light malt base with a very light creamy sweetness. Hops are very piney, a semi sweet pine. Nice light touch of mango led tropical fruits, a slightly jammy vibe about them. Modest citric peel developing mild bitterness. Light finis. Citric and tropical fruit linger. Light, clean, crisp and hop fruity. Impressive.

Bottle from Beer Revolution, Hay on Wye, Powys consumed at home whilst cooking Conchiglioni with Salmon and Dill and a Pannatonne Bread and Butter Pudding for dessert. Amber in colour, unclear with a white filmy head. You get a lemony, pithy rub across the roof of the mouth and tongue. Really hoppy, a little brash and bolshy feel. Mostly citrus on the nose. I like it that it’s not sweet and gives the mouth a good work out. A7 A4 T7 P4 Ov14 3.6

Bottle at Sticks and Broth, Bristol. Slightly hazy gold, with a billowy, white head. Aroma of grapefruit and pineapple with some grassy hops. More fruit in the flavour, with a touch of pine resin and dryish finish. Enjoyable.
