Hoppy pale ale. A blend of Cascade and Cluster hops give this straw-coloured ale a fruity tartness and citrussy grapefruit and orange aromas. These are supported by an undercurrent of biscuity malt sweetness from Maris Otter and Munich malts.

Cask @ Rat & Ratchet, Huddersfield. Clear blonde with a creamy head. It's a hoppy session ale with a nice hoppy aftertaste. There's some berry-fruit in both aroma and taste.
