A Pale Ale brewed mainly using light malt to give it a brighter colour compared to many other beers.
Our interpretation is a pretty looking Pale Ale of lighter character since we have chosen to increase the tropical tones from the hops by adding passion fruit – which is unmistakably clear in both the smell and taste!

330ml bottle. Minimally milky, orangey golden colour with small to average, frothy to creamy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Sweet-ish, fruity, caramel malty and citrusy hoppy aroma, notes of passion fruit, hints of peach and lemon. Taste is moderately sweet fruity, caramel malty and slightly citrusy hoppy, notes of passion fruit, hints of peach, a touch of lemon, lemongrass. Nice.

Bottle. Unclearish golden color with white head. Aroma is maracuja jam, crystal malts, sugar icing, quite sweet. Taste is light maracuja jam, sugar icing, sweet crystal malt like flavours. Oily mouthfeel with fine-bubbled carbonation. Good enough.

Clear pale yellowish to orange beer, small creamy solid white head, pretty stable, bit adhesive, leaving rings of lace in the glass while drinking. Aroma: lots and lots of passion fruit, funky, cheesy notes, more funk, sweaty feet, slightly infected maybe? MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: surprisingly malty up front, grains, fruity notes, slightly sourish, passion fruits, more passion fruits. Aftertaste: malty, soft bitterness, bit acidic, more passion fruits, grains.

Bottle, 5,2%. Slightly hazy golden with small off-white head. Aroma is malt, fruit, hops and a little passion fruit. Flavour is malt, fruit, hops, caramel, medium sweet, citrus, little passion fruit and medium bitter.
