Bottle from Stanislaus Brewkskovitch, Zwolle. Yeasty and malty aroma with caramel malt, candy sugar, raisins, spicy notes, and a little alcohol. Flavour is sweet with a moderate bitterness. Body is slightly above medium. Very Quad-like, could use some more substance and body.

Bottle. Brown color. Caramel, toffee and a hint of roast in the aroma and flavor. Coffee. Sweet, with hints of dried fruit. Sticky.

33cl Bottle from De Bierkoning. ABV 10% according to front label, 11% according to side label. Dark brown colour, beige head. Aroma of dark fruits, some candy, caramel, light roast. Flavour is sweet, malty, dark fruits, some candy, caramel, hint of sweet tobacco, bittersweet finish, light spicy. Full bodied, alcoholic. Decent BSA.

Bottle @ home. Ugly brown color with floaties in there, medium sized beige head. Aroma is malts, caramel, caramelized sugar. Taste malts, again caramel, some sweetness, some bitterness. Decent beer.

Tap at In de Wildeman. Clear rusty brown with offwhite head. Sweet roasted and toasted caramel malts, barley, pancakes and syrup. Big sweet and moderate bitter. Medium body and soft carbonation.

7 3 7 3 14Draft at In De Wildeman. Clear amber brown with a small tan head. Aroma of caramel, malt, toffee and overripe dark fruits. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter. Above medium bodied with soft carbonation.
