Crisp, clean and super bright. An ultra pale grist lets the zingy, fruity NZ Motueka shine, no bells and whistles need

Can from House Of Trembling Madness. Hazy golden body with a white head. Steady carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of dried grass and blood orange. Flavour of liquorice root and orange pith. Thin to medium body with a slick texture. Soft fizz. A simple, pithy Pale Ale.

Can at home in Hackney - picked up from the Experiment. Pours with a mild haze, it’s yellow-gold and it has a frothy, white head. Soft and pillowy, nice pissy hops, mango, cat urine, moderate sweetness, pale bread and biscuits, light bitter lemon rind. Light bodied with average, massaging carbonation. Pretty clean finish, nice biscuity-bready sweetness, some further Southern Hemisphere vibes, pee, citrus, lemon. Delicious, mighty drinkable.
