Bottle at home in Hackney - sourced from Rad Beer. Pour mostly clear, deep ruby with a creamy, off-white head. Lightly sweet, with dried berries, moderate tart cherry, decent acidity, nips of lemon, tangy wood, cranberry, salt. Medium bodied with delicate, massaging carbonation. Cleansing, quenching finish, nicely drying, more aged and tart berries. Very well rounded, with good depth. Exceptional overall.
