Bottled, thanks fonefan! Dark brown, small head. Molasses and coffee up front. Mid sweet with above medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Molassess and syrup, notes of coffee. Low-medium bitterness.

Bottle. Creamy of-White good mostly lasting head. Black colour. moderate malty and hoppy aroma. Moderate bitter ok chocolate and cofee flavor. Average moderate bitter fonish. oily palate. Deasent.

Black with small tan head. Aroma is roasted with hints of coffee. Flavour has roasted malt, chocolate and again just a faint hint of coffee. Long bitter finish.

Bottle. Pours opaque black with small white head. Aroma is roasted malt, sweet dried dark fruits, burnt sugar, grilled meat and sweet licorice. Taste is light sweet, medium bitter and light to faint acidic. Body is milky with fizzy carbonation. Finish is long, sweet and bitter with notes of roasted malt, licorice, gravy, burnt sugar and ripe apples. No notes of espresso. Disappointing!

Bottle, many thanks to fonefan. Very dark brown color with huge beige head. Roasted malt, caramel, alcohol in aroma. Taste, roasted malt, coffee, caramel, alcohol. Alcoholic fruity finish.

Bottle 500ml. @ [ The pre Fastelavn Smagning - Carnival Tasting, Ulfborg ]. [ As De Jyske Bryghuse Aros Espresso Stout ].Clear dark brown color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, light beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, caramel, light brunt - dark roasted. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, roasted, chocolate, light burnt. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20140228]

Black with a small tan head. Grainy aroma of roasted malt, some cheap milk chocolate, almond and coffee. Just a cheap stout aroma, lacking harmony. Sweet, roasted malty flavour with some faint coffee notes. Espresso, or instant coffee?

Bottle at Fastelavn Smagning 2014 @ J&C’s beer palace, Jutland 28/02/14. Extremely dark mahogony brown with a light beige swirl and edgework. Nose is dark toffee, brown sugars, ripe dark fruits. Taste comprises light roast, hint of booze, dark toffee fudge, earthy cooca. Medium + body, fine carbonaion, semi drying close. So so, drinkable affair but lacks depth for the ABV.

50 cL bottle. Pours dark brown, golden with a small tan head. Aroma is coffee and toasted malty. Bitter, toffee and caramelish. Dry, mild herbal and caramelish. Toasted and bitter, dry finish. Coffee finish.
