Bottle@yesprs - (from the 2013 Great American Beer festival - thanks to Dennis) - dark brown pour with white to beige head. Sweet and dark malty and with some notes of wheat and yeast, medium to light body, dark malty and hoppy into the close. Interesting :)

Pours hazy dark brown with a small brown head. Aroma is toased dark malty. Bitter, roasted, dark malty. Dry and roasted. Bitter and slight herbal finish.

[ As Maui Brewing Sorciere ].Clear medium to dark brown color with a large to huge, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, light roasted, moderate yeasty, spicy yeast. Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet and light moderate bitter with a long duration, yeasty, saison yeast, wheat - yeast. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20140118]

A big, foamy, off-white head forms over a clear, dark amber body. The aroma has a yeasty touch, with caramel and dried fruits. It’s medium to full-bodied, with a high carbonation level. Roasted malts, dried fruits and some yeast in the flavor. Some bitterness show up towards the end. Well, nothing impressive going on here, it’s too yeasty. 140118
